In an attempt to create a level of community at Reformed and Reforming, interaction is encouraged by readers through making comments. With this being the case, the following will serve as general guidelines and what to expect.
By posting comments the commentator is acknowledging the following guidelines, rather or not they are familiar with them. When leaving comments your e-mail address is required. However, your e-mail address will not be published or shared with others. It may be used – for whatever reason – by me, the administrator, in order to contact the commentator privately.
All comments are filtered through Akismet. From time-to-time such spam-filters are known to stop legitimate comments from being made. If you are having such problems it may be due to this error. For immediate assistance you can contact me here and I will do what I can to fix the problem.
All comments are the responsibility of the commentator, not the blog owner. Even though I’m not responsible for the content of comments, I do apologize in advance for those of you who may be wronged by others within the community.
It is asked when making comments that everyone refrains from using inappropriate language (Ephesians 4.29; Ephesians 5.3-4; Colossians 3.8). This includes the following, but is not limited to: cussing, graphic and inappropriate sexual references, personal attacks (on myself or other commentators), and vulgar joking.
Here at Reformed and Reforming I do allow for varying opinions and beliefs to be discussed. Nonetheless, in an attempt to contend for “sound doctrine” (1 Timothy 1.10; Titus 1.9; Jude 1.3), “unsound doctrine” – beliefs that are contrary to Orthodox Christianity – will be confronted and refuted.
At the moment I’m a full-time husband, father, employee, and student. To say the least my time is limited and I will be inhibited from interacting as often as I would like. Even so, you can expect that I will reply to as many comments as possible once a week. For immediate and pressing needs, you can contact me here.
From time-to-time comments will be highlighted within the blog. This means that I will share with the readers of Reformed and Reforming comments made. I will attempt to contact you privately if this is the case.
If commentators do not abide by this policy, I’m forewarning you that you will be warned and/or banned from making future comments depending upon the severity of the infraction. Also, I need to let you know that I’m going to pull the “reserves the right” card and can delete, move, or mark as spam any and all comments at my whimsical desire.
Finally, I may wake-up one day and decide to change the comment policy and reserve the right to do so.
